You have 14 days from the date of purchase to process a return for an exchange or credit.
You must contact us by filling out the below form and explaining your reason for return.
All returns must be approved and have a RMA # in order to be accepted in our warehouse.

Once your return is given a RMA #, we must receive this return no later than 10 days after.
Exchanges/credits are processed within 3 business days of receipt to our warehouse.
Credits will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.
Please use a form of shipment that includes tracking information to confirm that we received your exchange.
We are NOT responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process exchanges/credits for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, you must file a claim with the courier you used to ship your return.
Please note, that ALL items must have their original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.
